About Roz
If you think one model is as good as another, you're probably
in the wrong place, because, alas, I'm not just another pretty
face - even one covering a high-IQ brain and perched atop a
stunning, classically proportioned body.
Sigh...
But if you do want a model who can contribute creatively to
your project while being a pinnacle of endurance and reliability,
who can plan a shoot (or bodypainting or art sitting) conceptually
or take minute direction, who can nonchalantly pose at a busy
intersection in the buff and look sophisticated doing it, then
congrats - you've found your woman. On top of all that I speak
two languages fluently (English and German), have decent
comprehension of a third (French (thank you Ontario school
system)) and am used enough to travelling in weird places that
I'm pretty sure we'd manage even if you should wish to converse
in Swahili.
I'm also an excellent swimmer and figure-skater and have basic
training in ballet and gymnastics.
I think I took to modelling so well, because of my familial
background, which tends to combine a love of science and
knowledge with art and creativity, resulting in classily
sensual me. It also endowed me with my East meets West look
which lends me quite a lot of commercial versatility. Irish
people think I look Irish, Spanish people think I look Spanish,
Arabs think I look vaguely Mid-East (or so I assume from the
amount of timesthey try to ask me for directions).
While I got into modelling to prove I could do it, I think it's safe to
say we're well past that point now. Now my prime aim is to be part
of amazing photos and artwork. I like to constantly improve on what I
can do, and enjoy being a muse to the great and talented. In fact, I
consider it a job perk.
I'm not a naturalist fanatic, but I do take quite a bit of pride
in the fact that I am extremely natural. No fake tans, no fake nails,
no OPs, I've never even dyed my hair. I'm also quite proud of the
amount of straight-out-of-camera work in my portfolio. It's not a
paid-for, photoshopped-to-the-hilt profile, it's basically work
I've done on commission for sale or immediate commercial use.
What do I look like in real life? Like this. People I've never met
before recognize me on the street. Although, I will admit, the one
where I have wings, there was a bit of photoshop involved there.
So there might be a limitless and ever-changing supply of anorexic,
breast-implanted, charisma-less, easily flattered, bleached-blonde
girls out there with purchased profiles, photoshopped beyond
recognition, who will do anything for a buck and often a lot for free.
That might be. Rumour has it that this is the case.
But there's just one Roz.
